Job Description We’re looking for a talented Senior C# Developer to join our growing team working at the forefront of the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging revolution. In this role, you’ll be part of a well-established, collaborative team building a feature-rich platform that’s evolving rapidly as the EV market matures. You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of a wide range of features using modern .NET technologies, helping shape the future of sustainable transport. We’re seeking someone who writes clean, reliable code, enjoys solving real-world business problems, and thrives in a global team of skilled professionals. You’ll be encouraged to stay current with emerging technologies, adopt modern development practices, and actively participate in planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews. In-person collaboration is very important to us. You will need to be able to work from our head office site in Crewe, Cheshire for a minimum 3 days per week. The onsite facilities are excellent, including gym, changing rooms, café, barista bar, and multiple breakout areas. Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be Designing and developing new features in a microservices-based architecture Building and integrating services that consume external APIs Maintaining and enhancing existing web and microservice systems Creating and managing internal NuGet packages Writing robust unit and integration tests Participating in peer code reviews Diagnosing and resolving system issues What do we expect of you? Minimum 4 years commercial experience in C# development Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Hands-on experience with .NET Core Web APIs Proven track record in Agile, continuous delivery environments Solid understanding of relational, object, and key-value databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Proficient with ORM technologies such as Linq2DB and Entity Framework Comfortable working with .NET Core (.NET 5) Experience with containerisation tools like Docker and Docker Compose Exposure to orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes Experience working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Familiarity with Linux environments (advantageous) Strong sense of ownership from design through to implementation Understanding of socket programming (TCP/IP) Basic knowledge of encryption principles Proficient in version control using Git Additional Information Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
