We're looking for an Electrician to join our responsive maintenance team working on a social housing contract in Hammersmith & Fulham.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out high‑quality electrical repairs and maintenance to social housing properties, ensuring all work meets tenant needs and complies with safety and regulatory standards, while working in both occupied and vacant homes as required.
Using a PDA or mobile device to accurately complete timesheets, job sheets, and records, detailing the work completed and materials used after each visit.
Collaborating and coordinating with other trades and departments to ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining clear communication throughout.Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
18th Edition
2391 Inspection & Testing
City & Guilds Level 3
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
