About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our care home team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a nurse looking to work one night shift per week while contributing to high-quality, person-centred mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mental health nursing care and support to residents
* Administer medication safely and maintain accurate documentation
* Monitor mental and physical health changes and respond appropriately
* Work collaboratively with the care team and external professionals
* Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory and organisational standards
Requirements
* Valid NMC registration as an RMN
* Minimum of 1 year experience
* Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
* Ability to work independently during night shifts
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
