Looking for an admin role where your work genuinely supports safe care and good outcomes? As a Hospital Administrator with Rushcliffe Care Group, you will play a key part in keeping the service running smoothly, supporting clinical teams, managers, service users, and visitors through clear, reliable administration.
About Rushcliffe Care Group
You will be joining Rushcliffe Care, a company with over 35 years of experience in offering the highest levels of care to our most vulnerable in society. Across our services, we support people to live safer, more fulfilling lives, with dignity, choice, and consistency at the centre of everything we do.
Our work is guided by clear values. These are not slogans. They shape how we treat people, how we work together, and what we expect from each other.
About the Role
As a Hospital Administrator, your role is to provide an efficient, organised, and professional administrative service that supports the safe day‑to‑day running of the hospital.
You will often be the first point of contact for visitors, professionals, and colleagues. This means handling enquiries, managing calls, maintaining records, supporting meetings, and assisting managers with documentation and reporting. Your work helps ensure information is accurate, confidential, and available when it is needed.
You will work closely with the Hospital Manager and wider multidisciplinary team, balancing planned tasks with changing priorities, while maintaining a calm and professional approach at all times.
About You
You are organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy office environment. You understand the importance of confidentiality and accuracy, particularly within a healthcare setting.
You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and you are confident using IT systems such as Microsoft Office. You are willing to ask questions, raise concerns, and adapt when priorities change.
Previous administrative experience is important, but equally important is your approach. You take responsibility seriously, work well with others, and understand how your role supports safe care for service users.
