Talent 4 Good are working with a Private Healthcare provider, located in Leeds, to recruit a highly motivated Private Services Manager who will take the lead in managing the private services team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities to include:
* Establish clear performance metrics around responsiveness, conversion efficiency and patient experience and to track consultant revenues.
* Work collaboratively with peers to maintain high levels of accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality.
* Lead and mentor the private services team to deliver exceptional service standards.
* Own the patient journey from enquiry through to discharge and beyond, and continuously review and refine processes to enhance patient journeys and operational effectiveness.
* Identify and address training needs to better equip the team and wider business to provide an exceptional patient experience.
* Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of improving capability and performance.
* Experience in a leadership role within a Private patients bookings team
* Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and commercial awareness.
* Exceptional planner who is highly organised and has a real eye for detail.
* Can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of using CRM and MS Office.
This role is based onsite in Leeds, salary range is £50,000 - £60,000 PA DOE
