What Youll Be Doing Overseeing roads, sewers, drainage, utilities, foundations and all groundworks across multiple live sites. Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work. Managing programmes, budgets, materials and resources to keep projects on track. Working closely with housebuilders, local authorities and utility providers. Ensuring compliance with CDM, HSEQ standards, and company procedures. What We're Looking For Strong experience delivering residentialcivils work. Ability to coordinate multiple sites and teams with confidence. Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets/variations. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder. SMSTS/CSCS and a full driving licence. Why Apply?
