Working Hours: 09.00 – 17.15 Monday - Friday
Salary: £23,500 - £24,000

Job Description
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration, control, processing and payment of supplier invoices. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Supplier Processes: Help with setting up new suppliers, checking invoices, and ensuring payments follow company guidelines.
* Keeping Records Updated: Assist in maintaining supplier accounts and reconciling statements.
* Helping with Reports: Support the team by preparing simple reports and sharing them with other departments.
* Team Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
* General Admin Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks, small projects, and support other team members when needed.
Qualifications And Skills
Candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
* Personable, with the strength of character to handle challenging suppliers and a flexible approach to meet business and client needs.
* Inquisitive with the ability to interrogate and improve internal systems and processes.
* Client-focused, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail with good judgment and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills.
* Ideally educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with grades A-C in English and Maths.
* Knowledge of the residential property management sector is a plus.
