Sales Administrator
Location: Barwell
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Typ: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced customer service/administration professional to join the office team of a large printing company.
This is a fast-paced, busy role within a supportive and friendly office environment.
Your typical responsibilities will include handling incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes, placing orders, directing calls etc.
There will also be some clerical and administrative tasks including replying to the business mailbox and updating the internal CRM system but nothing overly demanding.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is naturally organised, fully computer literate, and confident, with a friendly manner and a strong sense of ownership when it comes to managing customer relationships.
Candidates with experience in the printing industry will be of particular interest however this is not essential.
