Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our Breakfast Kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
* Contributing to the day-to-day breakfast service.
* Assisting with mise en place as required.
* Assisting in the production of staff food.
* Ensuring that all buffets are stocked appropriately.
As a Breakfast Chef, you will work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts for breakfast begin at 4:30am, so candidates must be able to travel to work during early hours.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
