What you'll be doing
* Posting job adverts on job platforms.
* Reviewing CVs.
* Speaking with applicants, conducting friendly phone interviews, and making offers.
* Coordinating start dates, inductions, and liaising with managers.
* Requesting references, DBS checks, and Right to Work documentation.
* Keeping recruitment records accurate and GDPR compliant.
* Handling admin tasks such as sending contracts and updating systems.
What we're looking for
* A confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
