Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to learners or assist small groups.
* Act as a positive role model within the classroom.
* Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and classroom management.
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
* Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
* Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.
What Were Looking For:
* A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring a love for learning.
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with children or in a care:giving role.
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Confidence in supporting individual students or small groups.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).
