Salary: £40,000 – £65,000+ (depending on experience)
Location: Manchester, Leeds, York or Birmingham
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week, 2 remote
I am supporting a leading consultancy delivering across major rail programmes including TRU and HS2, with multiple opportunities at Risk Manager and Senior Risk Manager level.
You will be part of a growing risk function supporting large-scale infrastructure programmes, working across project and programme environments within PMO and delivery teams.
Essential requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in risk management within construction or infrastructure
Experience working on major projects or programmes (rail experience highly desirable)
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using risk management systems (e.g. ARM, RiskHive or similar)
Ability to work collaboratively within PMO or programme environments
Desirable
Rail project experience (e.g. Network Rail, HS2, TRU or similar)
Experience within consultancy or main contractor environments
Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools
Proven experience delivering QRA (for senior level roles)
