ERP Programme Governance & Assurance Lead - Reading, Berkshire, RG1 8DBContract: ContractSalary: £600 a dayAs an ERP Programme Governance & Assurance Lead you will manage the day-to-day operation of the ERP Programme from a financial & governance management perspective ensuring high quality delivery of PMO related services across planning, reporting, governance, controls, assurance, finance, business case and administrative support.This role will also support and control change across the programme and support the management of programme dependencies with the 3rd party vendors as well as other inter-programme dependencies within Thames Water.What you’ll be doing as an ERP Programme Governance & Assurance LeadSupport with Finance tracking of programme such as the tracking of Programme budget including correct receipting of goods and ensuring POs are raised against ordersSupport Programme Director with governance cycle and reporting inputs.Oversee the production and quality assurance of portfolio and project reporting, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and clear insights for senior stakeholders regular weekly programme reporting and Steering Group reportingRAID LOG management - Support with RAID log reviews – regular risk & issue management - working alongside the programme managerTaking the programme through the relevant stage gates and providing PMO assurance activity.Support with business case documentation and Investment committee governance submissions supporting the Programme Directorsupport with the onboarding of additional supplier resources.
