Multinational Insurance Administrator

4. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Multinational insurance programmes, working alongside the Client Executive, Client Advisor, Insurers and potentially client Risk Managers.

We will count on you to:
8. Liaise with multinational clients and insurers to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
9. Provide a wide range of administration functions across several client accounts.
10. Coordinate the set-up of all new clients on the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
11. Assist with responding to day-to-day Multinational client insurance and risk queries with support from the Multinational Advisory Practice Team.
12. Track local policy issuance and premium payments and ensure all regulatory payment deadlines are adhered to.
13. Maintain up to date contact listing – client and local broker as required.
14. Coordinate the issuance of Network policy instructions via the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
What you need to have:

16. Excellent communication skills.
17. A proactive attitude and a desire to become involved within a wide range of responsibilities.
18. Be willing to learn how Multinational insurance works.
19. Able to create documents e.g., in Microsoft Excel and Word.
20. Willing to learn the use of relevant Marsh Business applications.
21. Good numeracy ability.
22. Ability to work well in a team environment.
