Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare your section for service readiness
* Manage multiple sections if needed
* Cook dishes according to company specifications
* Meet ticket times and communicate effectively
* Assist senior chefs to ensure smooth service
* Prepare food based on prep lists
* Close and clean your section, complete prep lists
* Follow health, safety, and food safety procedures
* Perform reasonable management requests
* Maintain respect and composure at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
* Proactive, able to work independently with good judgment
