Home-care Care Assistant – Flexible Hours, Excellent Pay, No Experience Needed
Location: St Albans, Radlett, London Colney, Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Redbourn and surrounding villages.
Job Type: Part‑time / Flexible
Salary: £14.25/hour (before 6:15pm), £15.30/hour (after 6:15pm), An additional 50p an hour for those with QCF Level 3. Double pay on bank holidays
About the Role
We are looking for kind, reliable individuals to join our team as a home‑careCare Assistants.
No previous experience is required — full training provided.
You will support clients in their own homes, offering personal care, companionship, and practical help.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Prepare meals and light housework
* Support with medication
* Provide companionship and social interaction
* Accompany clients to appointments or shopping
Shift Patterns
Afternoon shifts available (ideal for school runs and family commitments):
* 12:00 - 15:45
* 14:30 - 18:15
* 17:00 - 20:45
Work 3–4 weekdays plus alternate weekends for a predictable schedule.
