We are looking for a Meter Billing Administrator to work within our friendly and supportive billing team.
What you’ll do
* Ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for customers.
* Respond to customer queries, delivering first‑class service and proposing solutions such as arranging appointments to show customers where their meter is located.
* Participate in regular coaching sessions and skill‑building programmes.
* Work Monday to Friday, office based in Nailsea. Flexible working options are available for those who need a shorter working week or more flexible hours.

* Great attention to detail when updating details to ensure we get it right the first time.
* Resilience and reliability, working to defined department targets.
* A positive "can do" attitude and confidence in building rapport with customers and colleagues.
