Your Responsibilities
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure high-quality care for individuals with various mental health conditions, support colleagues, and promote positive teamwork. Your daily tasks will include:
* Providing compassionate nursing care
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
* Mentoring and supporting team members
* Observing, recording, and reporting changes in service users

Work Locations
Locations: 32 Studley Road, 1 & 10 Cutenhoe Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 1BB. You will work across three care homes—Ellenbrook House, Stockwood House, and Talbot House—close to each other. These facilities support individuals with eating disorders, providing tailored support, group activities, and rehabilitation plans.
