Job Title: Senior Sustainability Consultant Location: Swindon Employment Type: Permanent SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sustainability assessments for new constructions, refurbishments, and fit-outs using BREEAM standards. - Advise on the implementation of FITWELL, WELL and LEED certification requirements. - Utilize OneClick LCA software to perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Whole Life Carbon Assessments (WLCA). - Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices and improve environmental outcomes. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate sustainability strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.
