A nurturing and well-resourced SEN school in Newbury is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a wide range of learning and developmental needs.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within a collaborative and child-centred setting.
Role Overview Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Newbury Pay Rate: £89-£100 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am
- 3:30pm Start: ASAP Ideal Candidates: Psychology, Education, Criminology graduates or experienced SEN support staff As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will support pupils with Autism, complex learning difficulties, PMLD, and communication needs, assisting both in the classroom and during specialist interventions.
Responsibilities include supporting personalised learning plans, promoting independence, and helping pupils with emotional regulation and social interaction.
