About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Asset Co-ordinator to support the management of assets and planned maintenance activities across our facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using MRI Evolution CAFM and strong Excel skills who enjoys working with data, planning maintenance schedules, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage asset and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) data within the MRI Evolution CAFM system.
* Create and maintain maintenance schedules.
* Upload and maintain asset information using the MRI Evolution Excel Plug-In.
* Ensure asset and maintenance records are accurate and compliant.
* Support work planning and scheduling for technical teams.
* Carry out data checks, audits, and quality assurance activities.
* Update maintenance plans based on feedback from engineers and site teams.
* Produce reports and support KPI and compliance requirements.
* Work closely with operational teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
* Support wider asset management projects and system improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience using MRI Evolution CAFM.
* Strong knowledge of the MRI Evolution Excel Plug-In, including asset loading and PPM setup.
* Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
* Experience in asset management, work scheduling, facilities administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or Macros.
* Experience creating dashboards and automating reports.
