We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Receptionist PFI Clinical join our team based at Brentwood Community Hospital PFI.
* Hours of Work 22.5 hours per week
* Monday, Tuesday and Friday 08:30am - 4:30pm
* Pay £13.44 per hour
* Training will be provided
* DBS required
About the role:
* This role involves managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to support patient care.
* Maintain a clean workspace, protect patient data, and manage procedure codes and outcome forms on the electronic PAS system.
* Arrange transport and translators, liaise with service providers, and answer phone inquiries.
* Prepare, store, and manage patient notes securely, and ensure clinic lists and notes are up to date.
* Ensure switchboard readiness, direct visitors, manage calls, and handle complaints and lost property.
