We’re looking for a Senior Culinary Innovation Technologist to take a leading role in developing exciting new food concepts – from kitchen bench experimentation through to factory scale production. Your ideas, creativity and technical know-how will directly influence the next generation of products brought to market. What you’ll be doing Leading kitchen-based product development, taking concepts through recipe creation, trials and refinement. Managing NPD kitchen trials and sample production, ensuring projects progress on time. Supporting scale-up from development kitchen to factory, working closely with production and technical teams. Identifying new food trends, ingredients and technologies to inspire future product ideas. Coordinating taste panels and internal feedback loops to refine concepts. Working cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, operations and technical teams. Ensuring documentation, compliance and quality standards are met throughout development. What we’re looking for Strong culinary or food development background within food manufacturing. Experience developing recipes and bringing products from concept to factory scale. Knowledge of ingredients, costing, and technical considerations in product development. Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight NPD timelines. A genuine passion for food innovation and consumer trends. Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to work across teams and suppliers.
