An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established law firm based in Chapel Allerton. Known for its approachable, client-focused service and strong reputation within the Yorkshire legal market, this firm is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team due to continued growth. This multi-office practice offers legal services nationwide and prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalised support throughout every stage of the conveyancing process—from instruction through to completion. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that places emphasis on internal progression and recognises individual contribution. The Role: You will be supporting a busy team of Conveyancers with a broad caseload of residential property transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Shared ownership schemes You will be able to hit the ground running, demonstrating previous experience in a similar role. A confident, proactive approach and excellent organisational skills are key.
