Position Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our offerings, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance-based income and enjoy the freedom of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and reach out to potential clients and business leads
* Present and promote products/services to new and existing customers
* Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
* Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
* Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
* Present products or services to prospective clients through various channels, such as meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
* Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and maximize profitability.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
* Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
* Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
* Must have reliable internet and access to communication tools
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn—no cap on commissions. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on results.
