As a Sous Chef, you will be a driving force behind our kitchen excellence, supporting Head Chef and guiding the team to deliver dishes that meet our high standards.

* Support and assist the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver authentic Latin American dishes.
* Lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
* Follow specifications and maintain high culinary standards across all menu items.
* Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, efficient, and safe work environment.
