This part-time role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-volume visitor environment, preparing quality baked goods and supporting the smooth running of our café and catering operations.Main Responsibilities:Preparing cakes, pastries, and sandwiches to a high standardManaging allergens and ensuring compliance with allergen policiesMaintaining food safety standards and hygiene practicesSupporting the catering team with daily food production tasksEnsuring high-volume production meets quality standards and service requirementsContributing to efficient kitchen operations and supporting ad-hoc catering projects as requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environmentProven ability to produce high-quality cakes and pastry items at high volumesKnowledge of food safety and allergen managementStrong attention to detail and commitment to consistent qualityAbility to work collaboratively within a team and follow kitchen processesFlexibility to work across different shifts over a 7-day periodDesirable:Formal culinary qualification in pastry or bakeryRestaurant Associates is a leading premium hospitality provider with an ethos drawn from our history of fine and high-quality dining in London and New York.Within our venues team, we provide catering and hospitality services to some of the most iconic visitor attractions and destinations in the UK including the Imperial War Museum London, Glyndebourne Opera House, Knebworth House, Design Museum, Whipsnade Zoo and many more.
