This role will focus on account management to maximize existing relationships, as well as winning and developing new accounts. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio.
This is a field-based role covering Edinburgh (Postcode areas EH, KY, TD, FK & DD), so a current UK Driving License is required.

The role:

Join us as an Account Manager, representing Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. Manage accounts, provide excellent customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships within the independent free trade sector to drive sustainable growth.
2. Manage existing relationships and develop new business.
3. Build a network of stakeholders to achieve volume and revenue targets with a long-term strategy.
4. Implement trade activations to increase volume and ensure brand excellence.
5. Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value.
6. Manage account P&L, track performance, and present quarterly reviews.
Who we’re looking for:
1. Strong work ethic, persistence, resilience, and commitment to career growth.
2. Exceptional local market knowledge and experience in the beer or similar industry.
3. Ownership, responsibility, and leadership qualities.
4. Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
5. Sales experience is preferred.
6. Effective communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
7. Fluent in English, with good mathematical understanding.
8. Time management skills; on-trade and premium brand experience are desirable.
