The Essentials:
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + £4-5k in tips annually
Location: Wareham
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40-45 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
Live-in: Available at just £350/month (includes all bills + meals on duty)
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating fresh, high-quality dishes with locally sourced ingredients
Maintaining top-tier hygiene and kitchen standards
Supporting the team with prep, cooking, and presentation
Bringing energy, creativity, and a team-first attitude to every shift
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
A solid understanding of ingredients and food prep
A positive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn
