Role Responsibilities
* Lead client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and overseeing a portfolio of high-value corporate clients
* Provide expert tax advice on corporate compliance, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and more
* Manage complex tax projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless service delivery
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients
* Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying new client opportunities
* Ensure timely billing, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and oversee client profitability

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Corporate Tax Director or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations
* ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT qualification
* Qualified by extensive experience also considered
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
* Business development skills to contribute to the growth of the tax department
* A proactive and results-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments
