About the role
Guinness Homes is growing, and our development portfolio has never been stronger. We are incredibly proud of the outstanding new build developments we are marketing and have a new 18-month fixed‑term contract opportunity for an ambitious Sales Consultant covering sites in London including our development on Northolt Road, South Harrow, HA2 to secure reservations, exchanges, and completions.

You will receive a basic salary of £41,193 per annum with on‑target earnings of up to £56,442. We pay our bonus payments monthly for exchanges/completions and quarterly for reservations.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will run and maintain the Marketing and Sales Suite on site to the highest standard, welcoming all visitors and managing viewings. You will also work closely with all members of the sales team to ensure the smooth and swift progression from reservation to exchange and completion – including weekly contact calls with each customer.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant, with great sales and customer engagement skills and will also be able to demonstrate:
* Experience of working in the Residential New Build Property Sector in a front‑line customer facing sales role.
* Proven customer service experience.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Working knowledge of IT systems and ability to use dedicated CRM.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrable experience of New Build Residential Property sales.
* Ability to produce accurate, clear, and concise reports.
* Ability to work independently with limited direction and planning own workloads.
* Proactive and self‑motivated.
* Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
* Full UK driver’s licence and use of your own vehicle – Mileage expenses are paid at 45p a mile.
Essential Qualifications
* Educated to A level or equivalent.
Your normal working week is Thursday to Monday inclusive. In every four‑week period you will not be required to work two Sundays. On the weeks that you do not work a Sunday you will be required to work either a Tuesday or Wednesday during that shift week.
