Job Description
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
* Answer inbound first notification of loss (FNOL) calls from clients.
* Handle daily email enquiries.
* Provide administrative support to Claims Handlers within the Claims Team.
* Create new claims files and claim entries, keeping records accurate and up to date.
* Service the client promptly and efficiently.
* Support in the production of claims statistics and in accordance with SLA’s.
* Maintenance of a diary system for outstanding workload.
* Prepare and maintain client claims experience records.
* Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask with good attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
* An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
* Previous experience working in an insurance environment (preferred but not essential).
* Use of the Acturis insurance system (preferred but not essential).
