As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work behind the scenes will directly shape how guests feel during their stay, helping them relax, feel cared for and truly at home.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes.
* Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories.
* Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas.
* Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at the end of each shift.
* Work safely and responsibly, following hygiene and health & safety guidelines.
* Contribute positively to the team by working cooperatively and reliably.
* Takes pride in creating clean, comfortable and well presented spaces.
* Enjoys practical, hands on work and being part of a team.
* Pays close attention to detail and follows standards consistently.
* Feels comfortable working to routines and timeframes.
* Is reliable, responsible and understands the importance of their role.
* Values contributing to a calm, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
