Core Responsibilities:
1. Sales order processing and data entry usingSAGE 200 AccountsandMicrosoft 365.
2. Customer service via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
3. Stock control and inventory updates, with hands-onwarehouse dutiesincludingpicking and packing medical equipment.
