As a Telecom Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission is simple: identify, engage, and qualify business prospects, setting up valuable appointments for our Telecom BDMs across the UK and Ireland.This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales within a supportive and fast-paced environment.What you will be doing:Research and identify potential business customers.Engage with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.Qualify leads and understand their telecom needs.Book high quality appointments for our sales team.Keep accurate records in our CRM system Salesforce/Salesloft.Collaborate with marketing and sales on outreach strategies.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.


Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential business customers.
* Engage with decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify leads and understand their telecom needs.
* Book high-quality appointments for our sales team.
* Keep accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/Salesloft).
* Collaborate with marketing and sales on outreach strategies.
* Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.


Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.
* A resilient, self-motivated mindset with a target-driven approach.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Minimum one year sales experience (e.g. outbound call centre or similar environment)
* Previous SDR or telesales experience is a strong advantage.
* Telecom knowledge (e.g. UCaaS, CCaaS, Broadband, VoIP, mobile) is a plus but not essential. We will provide full product training.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce/Salesloft experience is a plus).
