Base pay and benefits
Pay range: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour / £14.00 - £14.50 per hour plus pension and holiday pay (effective rolled-up pay rate £15.01 - £15.58 / £16.16 - £16.74).

The Role
As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support people of all ages with:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
* Medication and meal preparation
* Household tasks and daily routines
* Encouraging independence and providing companionship
With 6 months of experience, opportunities may include working in:
* Complex Care – supporting conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs (training includes tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more)
* Children’s Support – personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs
* Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to help manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence
No prior experience? Our Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding will equip you with the skills needed.
Requirements
* At least 18 years old
* Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
* For Complex Care, Children’s or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months’ hands-on UK care experience
