We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Enrichment Officer to enhance student life through sport, wellbeing, and inclusive enrichment activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and creating positive, engaging experiences beyond the classroom.
The Role
You will:
* Plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment and wellbeing activities.
* Lead and support sports and recreational sessions for learners of all abilities.
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion across campus.
* Organise and supervise enrichment events and activities.
* Maintain safe, welcoming recreational spaces and ensure health & safety compliance.
* Work collaboratively with pastoral and curriculum teams to support students' personal development.

Salary
£27,980 – £30,361 per annum (FTE)
£25,789.17 – £27,983.73 per annum (Term Time Only)
