Drivers Mate Dunstable (LU5 4RZ)
M4 Specialist are currently recruiting experienced Drivers Mates on behalf of our client, a leading national retailer based in Dunstable (LU5 4RZ).
This is a night-shift role requiring flexibility and physical fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unloading stock at delivery locations
* Deactivating and reactivating store alarms
* Unlocking and securing stores
* Communicating effectively with store staff
* Stacking and organising stock after unloading
Working Hours:
* Flexible start times, typically from lunchtime onwards
* Night work is required
* Following a successful induction, shifts will be Thursday to Monday each week
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Drivers Mate preferred
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
* Willing and able to work night shifts
* Flexible approach to working hours
Pay Rates:
* Monday Friday: £12.30 per hour
* Saturday: £13.37 per hour
* Sunday: £14.66 per hour
