We pride ourselves on delivering professional, approachable, and high-quality legal advice to our clients.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of our firm's operations. This is a part-time role (25-30 hours per week) with flexible working from home, while attending occasional meetings in the office. The successful candidate will be a key part of the team, supporting our lawyers and staff in delivering exceptional service to clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring efficient workflows and smooth administrative processes.Manage financial operations, including billing, invoicing, budgeting, and monitoring cash flow.Lead and support administrative and office staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.Assist with strategic planning, business development, and process improvement initiatives.Maintain high levels of client service, handling administrative client queries where required.Organize meetings, events, and internal communications for the firm.Requirements:Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager, or similar role, ideally in a legal environment.Strong knowledge of office administration, financial management, and HR processes.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively.Comfortable working remotely but able to attend occasional in-office meetings in Yorkshire.Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering high standards.Benefits:Competitive pro-rata salary based on £40,000-£60,000 FTE.Flexible working arrangements with partial work from home.Opportunity to play a key role in a respected law firm with a supportive team.
