Job Summary
Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for driving sales growth? We're seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our expanding team and take ownership of UK & Ireland territories.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across your territory
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets
* Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform company strategy
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
* Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the company
Experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Previous field experience is preferred but not essential
* Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities
* Full UK/Ireland driving licence and willingness to travel
* Experience in manufacturing industry preferred but not essential
* Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
