What the job involves This statutory role's primary purpose is to safeguard children and young people at risk of significant harm. It involves identifying risks, managing interventions, supporting alternative homes for children, and potentially engaging in Court work. Key activities include directing work with children and families, building effective relationships, managing risks and needs, and maintaining accurate case records.
