An exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on a fixed term 12-month contract based in North Sydney. We are seeking for the successful candidate to start immediately. Your role will provide value, added support by providing management information, cost transparency, analysis and advice, to enable managers to make sound business decisions and optimise their financial performance. Salary: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentive So, what’s the job? This role will be reporting to the Head of Group Planning and Performance Management - You’ll have ownership of group costs and allocation process to determine drivers of cost allocation and provide clarity to the global business units in collaboration with global finance and tax teams You’ll construct cost-benefit analyses, business cases and associated metrics for new projects and business opportunities You’ll prepare and present the monthly BU financial performance reports. You’ll ensure that team members have a clearly defined & structured development plan You’ll manage or review related balance sheet reconciliations to ensure that there are “no surprises” in financial reporting for Global Services through errors and omissions. And what are we looking for? To be successful in this role - You’ll be CA / CPA qualified with at least 7 years experience in business partnership / management reporting / group reporting role You’ll have strong understanding of accounting standards and legislation You’ll have strong skills in preparing reports, submissions and relevant correspondence and time management skills You’ll have strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial aspects to internal customers/stakeholders So, why choose us?
