Your mission
To drive sales in the UK for Boost inc. Boost inc is seeking an experienced, commercial sales manager for their Woolwich, East London location. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in vending/retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or B2B SaaS; looking to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for energetic and motivated people who are skilled in managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting to farming.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales manager to join our growing team. Working closely with the Head of Sales UK, and our international sales managers, you will play a key role in helping us win and manage new business.
Your Responsibilities
1. Decisively hunt down business leads, and nurture these into new accounts.
2. Work across an extensive portfolio, managing ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
3. Deliver against ambitious goals, developing and executing sales strategies to build pipeline.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs.
5. Assist the Head of Sales in preparing for senior engagement on key accounts.
6. Negotiate sales deals, including pricing and contracts.
Your Profile
* Experience in sales/customer-facing roles with a proven track record.
* Exceptional people skills and account management experience.
* Articulate, energetic, compassionate, and client-focused.
* Results-driven, innovative, and solution-oriented.
* Willing and able to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice.
Desirable
* Understanding of sector trends & innovations, with experience in food & beverage, hospitality, vending, or B2B SaaS.
* Experience selling tech or software products.
* Experience in a fast-growing company.
* Full UK or European driving license.
