We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Flexibility may occasionally be required to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication:
1. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional updates via phone and email.
2. Liaise directly with customers regarding job bookings, changes, follow-up work, and general service updates.
3. Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
4. Handle incoming service-related queries and complaints in a calm, helpful, and solution-focused manner.
