Overview
Castlemeadow Care are seeking a motivated Registered Care Home Manager to oversee Lincoln House Care Home, a welcoming 60-bed care home in Swanton Morley, near Dereham. With both residential and nursing care needs, our home offers a supportive and comfortable environment for residents.
Main Purpose of the Role
As Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s operations—from care delivery and compliance to financial performance and team leadership. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the home, driving performance, quality, and resident satisfaction while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the home’s operations to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC and other statutory bodies.
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
* Maintain a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
* Oversee care planning, assessments, and resident reviews.
* Drive occupancy through proactive marketing and community engagement.
* Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
* Promote a positive, motivated team culture and ensure staff development.
* Monitor and maintain operational systems and quality assurance framework.
About You
* Proven experience in managing or supervising within a care home setting.
* A nursing qualification or demonstrable clinical knowledge and experience.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and care standards.
* Excellent organisational, financial, and communication skills.
* A proactive, compassionate approach to leadership and care.
* Ability to inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
* DBS Disclosure Check.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
