What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem:
* Build and nurture strong partner relationships from first conversation through to long-term success
* Drive new business opportunities and confidently take deals from outreach to close
* Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and growth strategies
* Keep pipelines organised and visible through effective CRM management
* Represent the business at industry events and expand your professional network
* Work closely with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and partner initiatives
* Continuously improve processes and bring fresh ideas to drive growth
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in tech sales, business development, or partner management
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
* A self-starter who’s comfortable working with autonomy
* Interest in technology, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Clear communicator who can simplify complex ideas
