Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to join our EMEA Service team. This office-based role is pivotal in managing spares and consumables orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry into our ERP system (D365), and maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and process incoming spares and consumables orders for EMEA Service. - Accurately enter orders into D365 and track them throughout their lifecycle. - Manage webstore and intercompany orders, ensuring alignment with stock and incoterms. - Communicate order acknowledgments, status updates, and ETAs to customers and distributors. - Report weekly bookings and support backlog management. - Collaborate with Service Operations and Supply Chain to prioritize and forecast demand. - Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvement. - Generate reports and support service KPIs and management initiatives. Candidate Requirements: - 35 years experience in a similar role. - Mandatory experience in order entry. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft CRM.
