Shoezone has an opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team based in our warehouse in Leicester. You will join us on a full time (38.33 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary. The Team Leader role: As a Team Leader, your key role will be to ensure the daily and weekly operations of the distribution tasks are maintained in a cost effective and efficient manner. As a Team leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and be supported through a Team Leader Supervisor Apprenticeship. Aside from the specific responsibilities listed, you may require to undertake other tasks which will allow the distribution centre to reach all the targets and to help deliver a high standard of efficiently and effectiveness.
