With a people focused senior leadership team in place, now is an ideal time to join them in this brand new role. The Role As part of the leadership team, cross functional collaboration is key. The Manufacturing Manager will be instrumental in championing the company ethos of encouragement, empowerment and development, alongside developing a framework of manufacturing excellence. Key responsibilities include: Manage and oversee the production team - working with supply chain, planning and technical to ensure resources are available in line with productivity targets. Set performance targets to drive optimal efficiency - daily and weekly and set performance improvement plans if necessary. Oversee production team to ensure quality and food safety standards are being met, line line with quality manual and HACCP. Ensure GMP standards are being adhered to.
