Responsibilities:

You will be making outbound calls to new and potential customers to introduce our products, as well as deal with all inbound calls i.e. new and existing customer enquiries correctly and in a professional manner.

The suitable candidate must have:


Good communication skills both verbal and written

Good Telephone manners with good customer relations

Good IT skills is a requirement

Attention to detail

Ability to handle enquiries effectively as well as co-ordinate and prioritise workload

Process and dispatch customer orders correctly

Demonstrate confidence, creativity and be capable of presenting products to clients

Ability to adapt easily and willing to learn

Ability to work alone and as a team in a small office environment

Previous telesales experience and office skills will be an advantage

Knowledge of customer accounts management systems such as Sage ACT and Quickbooks

Administrative and Problem-solving skills

Number and Analytical skills as well as Initiative

Non judgemental

Patience


Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
